I would like to learn about roman universities and their founders along with the specific skills taught there compared to skills taught in the world today
I already know a ton about Roman mythology so that would be fun to go over again, particuarly so I can be knowlegable about SOMETHING in latin. I love the religion aspect of cultures and would love to go over it. And yes, Delton, you are.
I would like to learn more about Roman slaves and how their lives were so different from the other roman's during that time. I would also like to learn more about what Roman's would do when someone would die. For example, What processes did they have to go through every time a loved one passes away? Or anything along those lines.
I would like to learn about the Roman military. This is because I was wondering how such a small country could manage to conquer and control such a vast empire.
One aspect of Roman Culture i'd like to learn about are all the gods and goddesses that the Roman's believed in and/or worshiped. I'd like to learn what certain parts of the world the gods and goddesses ruled and controlled. (e.g Zeus = sky god)
I'd like to learn about the way of everyday life, like what roles people had in that time. Women, men, and children and what theydid in an average day. I'd like to compare and contrast our different cultures and environment and other factors that affect our daily lives.
